TOS for art and adopts

Please consider that breaking the rules listed below may result in blacklisting.By purchasing/owning a commission or adopt by me, you are automatically agreeing to my terms.If you have some questions about any rule, just ask me, feel free!

- Do not sell for a higher price, only with additional art (consider how much you spent, not what comes to your mind! Free gifts, fanarts DO NOT INCREASE THE VALUE);- Please ALWAYS credits me on Toyhouse or ANY OTHER social media you post the art (especially if you use an unwatermarked version of the commission/adopt) using "art by TitiaCatGirl" or my Toyhouse link;- Offer ONLY if you can afford it. Do not give ghost bids, if you need holds ou more time to pay, just tell me, we can discuss about it;- Don't steal my desings or say you make it;- You can change the desing after purchase, just don't make it unrecognizable and don’t edit my ref, if you want some changes in the original ref just ASK ME so I can change it for you;- Preferably have a Toyhouse to own my designs, if you do not, the design will be stored in my own Toyhouse with your username as an info from those who bought it. If you sell it to someone who owns Toyhouse, let me know so I can transfer the character to the person, and if not, so I can update the name of the new owner of the character. This way I can always know who owns the character at the moment;- Using colors or inspiration in my desings is allowed, but don't confuse inspiration with plagiarism/tracing;- Do not sell my adopts for in-game items or anything other than money (like DA points, Amino Coins, AJ items, robux, etc);- Please don't sell my designs to blacklisted people (you can find them in my Trello), zoos, racists, nazi, homophobic, pedos or people who do feral porn, fetishistic art. I won't take the character, but you will be blacklisted too and you won't be able to buy my designs again;- NSFW arts for characters are allowed as long as they are not as: rape, abuse, feral porn, harassment or any simulation in that theme and only for +18;- If it has NSFW art when reselling it, remove the nsfw arts before selling to minors;- Preferably sell my desings ONLY to people who have a Toyhouse to credit me. This makes the job a lot easier for me;- I make a maximum of 1 changes of possible design errors in commissions (this is valid only when there is bad communication, something like 'I forgot to order this before' or 'Can you add this?') after the drawing is ready (sketchs do not follow this rule), after that an additional $5 will be charged for each change (I can also refuse to make the change or charge an immediate additional fee if it is too complex);- Always send me a visible and digitized ref of the character. I do not accept drawings on paper with color order "references". If this happens, it will be considered a custom;- I don't work with stolen/tracing characters or made by artists on my blacklist;- If you give up or cancel your commission after it is ready I will recycle the base in some ych or adopt, making changes if necessary (you will be automatically blacklisted);- Sending my art to be finished by another artist (like a black and white sketch for example) is extremely forbidden. If you want your extra AB art or a finalized icon sketch commission, we can discuss an extra $$ to get paid so I can finish the art for you;- Removing my signature (TitiaCatGirl) from any kind of art is forbidden. My signature is often the only means of contact that other people will have to recognize the owner of the art. Please do not remove this in any way;- Some of my adopts may have an AB1 and AB2 with additional extra art. If AB1 was placed, the character will be open for 1-3 hours for an possible AB2. AB2 are like a purchase of the character + commission, so AB2 will have preference over an AB1 in the period mentioned above. If you have offered AB1 know that you are aware of running the risk of losing a character to AB2 :-(- I follow the PT - BR Brazilian Brasília schedule, so if an offer of AB1 is placed overnight and the 3 hour deadline ends in the meantime I'm sleeping, an offer of AB2 cannot be offered when I wake up in the morning;- I can refuse the right to sell an art or adopt if I don't feel comfortable;- If you have broken an adopt hold, you will be placed on a softblock list, you can still offer in art and adopts but only with immediate payments;- I can update the terms of my list whenever I find it necessary or feel comfortable.
